By accessing Novapath Bloom at novapath.bond or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You are responsible for safeguarding access credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
3. Courses and updates
We may improve course content over time. We do not guarantee availability of any specific feature or module.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase and before completing 30% of a course, as described in the FAQ.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse or attempt to disrupt the services.
- Do not upload unlawful or infringing content.
- Respect privacy; do not submit sensitive data in coursework unless instructed to de‑identify it.
6. Intellectual property
All content, templates, and course materials are owned by Novapath Bloom or its licensors. You receive a personal, non‑transferable license for your own educational use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novapath Bloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts in San Francisco, California.
